Along with BC Media Productions, I concepted and did the writing for a pitch to their employer brand team with the goal of harnessing Netflix's popular catalog of original shows for talent acquisition efforts on social media. For the "work socks" concept, we suggested using sock puppets in the likenesses of iconic characters in a series of stills around culture, work/life balance, and DE&I representing why working at Netflix won't "sock." For the second concept, we took stills from popular Netflix shows and related them to some aspect of how a workplace shouldn't feel. In both concepts, we answered with "At Netflix, it won't."
